 
CD HORIZON® Spinal System - Is
based on the three-dimensional correction techniques developed by Professor
and Spinal Surgeon Jean Dubousset.
The CD HORIZON® Spinal System hooks come in both
titanium and stainless steel and are available in a variety of sizes and
types including wide blade, large pedicle, and right angled. The System's
hooks and rods also come in a variety of sizes and types such as smooth,
super flex, and commercially pure rods. The screws for the CD HORIZON®
Spinal System are available in stainless steel and titanium and offer
19 different options in diameter and length combinations. The system also
features break off set screws.
When used as a pedicle screw fixation system of the non-cervical
posterior spine in skeletally mature patients, the CD HORIZON® Spinal
System is indicated for one or more of the following: (1)
spondylolisthesis, (2)
fracture, (3) dislocation, (4) scoliosis, (5) kyphosis, (6) spinal tumor,
and/or (7) failed previous fusion (pseudarthrosis). See the CD HORIZON®
