PREMIER® Anterior Cervical Plate System - The PREMIER® Anterior Cervical Plate System allows for axial load sharing bone screw translation along slots in the plate, while maintaining constrained fixation at the distal end of the construct. In addition, the PREMIER® system plate has graft pre-compression features that enable the surgeon to maximize graft-vertebral body contact.
