Systems - The CD HORIZON® M8 and M10
Multi Axial Screw Spinal Systems both offer many options to the surgeon.
Multi Axial Screws utilize the same closure mechanism as other CD HORIZON®
products, however, the heads pivot around the screw shaft.
Both M8 and M10 come in Stainless Steel and Titanium
with screw diameters in 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.5mm, 7.5mm and 8.5mm options.
Lengths range from 30mm to 55mm for most diameter choices. The buttress
threaded break-off set-screws secure the rod into the head of the implant.
Rod diameters for M8 and M10 differ slightly. The M8 systems utilize a
5.5mm rod and the M10 system utilize a 6.35mm rod.
