CD HORIZON® M8 and M10 Spinal Systems - The CD HORIZON® M8 and M10 Spinal Systems provide spine surgeons comprehensive solutions for the treatment of spinal deformities, trauma reconstruction, and degenerative conditions. The CD HORIZON® Spinal System offers a variety of hooks, fixed angle screws and connectors in titanium and stainless steel to meet the needs of a wide range of patients. All implants are top loading, to allow for simplified construct assembly, and top tightening. The unique closure mechanism is a simple one-piece lock, which incorporates a buttress thread design. This design insures a rigid and secure lock of the vertebral implants to the rod. The CD HORIZON® M8 System is offered in a 5.5mm rod (stainless steel and titanium). The CD HORIZON® M10 System uses a larger 6.35mm rod, again in stainless steel and titanium, for the management of larger patients.
