Starting May 1, 2008, Medtronic, Inc. will post donation information on its website at www.Medtronic.com/donations. Any donation requested on or after that date will, if funded, be included in Medtronic's Donations Registry; donations made prior to May 1, 2008 and donations committed to before that date, regardless of when they are funded, will not be included in Medtronic's Donations Registry. Information regarding the Medtronic Foundation's donations is already publicly available at http://www.Medtronic.com/foundation.

Charitable Contributions
If a Customer wants to ask MSD to make a charitable contribution - for example participate in a fundraiser, provide free products for a charitable mission, request a fellowship - select Charitable Contributions from the menu on the left. MSD provides hundreds of thousands of dollars in charitable contributions each year. All contribution requests are reviewed and decided on according to specific criteria.

Third Party Meetings
If a Customer is sponsoring a conference, grand rounds or other scientific or educational meeting and would like MSD to contribute financial support, or, would like a scholarship for a healthcare professional in training to attend such a meeting, select Third Party Meetings from the menu on the left.
